Total Control® BBQ's new Big Cook™ sytem will nearly DOUBLE your cooking area on your Oklhoma Joe's Longhorn smoker. The top grate is approx 36 x 13 and the bottom grate is approx 36 x 19. There is approx 5.5" of space between the top and bottom rack. This is a no drill installation, so they are easy to remove, but if you choose to drill them in to secure them and add a rack stop bolt, then you can also use this as a slide out rack. NOTE: Because this is a no drill rack system, the handles on the racks were eliminated, as this was not designed to slide out. ***If using with the LavaLock baffle plate, this product may require slight modification by adding two tiny notches at the end of one of the BigCook brackets, depending on the year of your cooker.***
