Fully adjustable baffle plate system, that allows you to get precise cook chamber balance left to right. Prevents burnt ends but the firebox side. Also make it easier to be low and slow.
Adjust this smoker baffle plate tuning system by overlapping the flat plate with the curved plate. Leave about 5-6 inches gap at the smoke stack end of the baffle for proper draft.
