LavaLock® Rib Hanging System with Meat & Rib Hooks -Stainless. This rib & meat hanging system takes full advantage of your Weber Smokey Mountain, Kamado, Big Green Egg, UDS or other upright round drum smoker. Increases cooking space. Allows for even cooking and also allows for the fat to self baste the meat. THIS PRODUCT MEASURES EITHER 14.5", 17.5" DIAMETER OR 21.5" DIAMETER & 4" HIGH. Will only fit smoker using that size grate. Select correct option on the product page. Extra hooks are avail.
LavaLock® Meat Hanger. This poultry and rib hanging system w/ either 6, 8 or 12 Meat & Rib Hooks -Stainless. Can be used to hang ribs, chicken and other meat. The rib hanger for 14.5 wsm has 6 hooks and measures 13.5 round.
The hanger for WSM 18.5 is 17.5" in deameter and has 8 hooks. The meat hanging system for Weber Smokey Mountain 22.5 has 12 hooks and measures 21.5" BOTH PRODUCTS MEASURE 4" HIGH. Will only fit smoker using that size grate. Fits only 22.5" WSM, 22" Kamado Joe or Big Green Egg that use a 22" fire ring, 55 gallon drums and any other cooker that utilizes a 21.5" grate. OR WSM 18.5" Can sometimes be mounted in other applications with additional hardware (not included). See product options when purchasing.
