Much improved smoke and flavor! Longer burn time, quicker startups, better efficiency and rock solid temps.
LavaLock® diffuser plates convert direct heat from the charcoal basket to indirect heat. Disperses heat, reduces hot spots and burn marks. Meat will cook much more evenly. Cuts down on fuel consumption and reduces flare ups do to open lid conditions. Additionally, this baffle acts as a flavorizer, as fat drippings no longer get lost in the water bowl. This heat management system is a much have.
Dial tabs can be bent up to customize max airflow and then adjusted with the intake dampers on your WSM.

This product lived up to expectations, kept my selected temperature for hours, and gave the meat great flavor from the drippings, I would recommend this to every webber smokey mountain owner,to have a smokey mountain and not own a diffuser,is like having a high end computer with slow internet speed

First Time Use

What an awesome product! Used the dial for the first time today. My WSM held 250 from 11 A.M. until bout 5:30 P.M. for the first part of my cook. I then cranked it up to 310 and it is still going at 9 P.M. I only used 3/4 of a bag of charcoal. Flavor on Brisket was phenomenal. The smell of the drippings hitting the dial is amazing! What a great product. I don’t think I will ever use the water pan again. Thanks for great work on this product. I will definitely recommend this product and promote it frequently. Thanks again.

Would give it 6 stars! This is the BEST mod yet to my WSM. Amazing flavour, no more water pan & looks awesome. Have recommended to many friends, great work.

Cooked ribs over the fire dial for my first cook with it. They turned out great! Item fit perfectly in the smoker.
