Pro tip/installation note:
There is no need to bolt the two large plates together. We leave them separated for easy cleaning or removal.
Always use a full load of charcoal for the best results!
| Installation Notes | Plate straps are optional. The Triangle Ears are directional, please ensure that the baffle lays flat after installation. If not, reverse the ears to ensure that the tuning plate fits flush to the cook chamber side wall. Season before use. |
