LavaLock® Reverse flow Baffle (Heat Plate) is designed for Oklahoma Joe's Longhorn Reverse Flow Smokers. This solid baffle plate is much better than the factory plate. Results in more stabile temps and better control. NOTE: This plate can also be used to help convert a non reverse Longhorn into a reverse flow cooker, additional parts needed when used on a non-reverse flow Longhorn).
LavaLock® Reverse flow baffle fits Charbroil's Oklahoma Joes Longhorn Reverse Flow cooker. NOTE: You can also convert a fit standard (non reverse flow) Oklahoma Joe's Offset Smoker, but you would have to relocate your existing smoke stack as we do not offer the stack relocation kit for the standard reverse flow Longhorn. Temps will be spot on left to right, within 5-10 degree difference. Having the baffle lower also fixes issue of the bottom of the meat burning. Surprisingly meat cooks faster, during tests, a 16lb brisket cooked at 11hrs at 250°.
