Made 100% in the USA, the Smoke Daddy is made of high quality aluminum and includes an adjustable air pump to adjust your desired smoke output. You can easily attach it to your BIG GREEN EGG with the included adaptor.

Installation Notes:

To light it, remove the end cap and fill the smoke chamber with your favorite mixture of hardwood charcoal, wood chunks,or chips/pellets. Then light it from the bottom with a small propane torch or you can also use a match and a crushed piece of charcoal. Place the end cap back on with air pump running and you’re smokin'. The Smoke Daddy is perfect for either cold smoking your favorite foods, or adding smoke along with a heat source at the beginning of a cook. There are two sizes we offer; the Big Kahuna and Magnum P.I.G. The Big Kahuna is designed for applications no larger than a standard refrigerator size and the Magnum P.I.G. is designed for applications that are a standard refrigerator size and larger.
