Middle Griddle™ Flat top Grill for Weber Kettle, UDS, WSM or any Round cooker using a 22" or larger cooking grate

Grill veggies, fish, sausage and peppers, eggs, hash browns, pancakes or anything else on your charcoal grill or smoker!   This product leaves space for high heat grilling of sausage, burgers, steaks or chicken along side of your flat top grilling needs! 

Particularly useful on your grill for:

• ♨️Seared Steak with grilled veggies
• ♨️Smash burgers with sauteed onions or mushrooms, and grilled dogs eggs or pancakes with grilled sausage. 
• ♨️Seafood and steak, surf and turf. 
• ♨️Any other situation where you want to flat top and sear

This griddle plate work great with SNS Slow and Sear style baskets, factory charcoal baskets or just a bed of coals! 

Precautions.

• Season before use. Store dry.  Heat to Sanitize
• Clear excess grease into drip pan to help avoid grease fires. 
• Clean with scraper or wet rag while hot.  
• Always wear proper high heat gloves while cleaning or removing. 
• Do not leave unattended while in use. 

How to season your new grill grate:
Wash with soap and water, dry well
Coat fully with cooking oil
Heat grate in cooker at 350F for 2-3 hours
Careful to avoid burns, add a light coat of cooking oil 1/2 way through cook
Oil regularly, if needed. Often cooking on the grill will keep it seasoned.
If properly maintained, this grill grate will last for generations.
