LavaLock® Ratchet & Paw Gear set for Santa Maria BBQ grill clone

Our Ratchet & Paw gear set is exactly what you need to build your own Santa Maria Style Grill. Approx 5.75" O.D. and 1/4" thick plate. The Paw is 1/2" thick to allow for movement. Use a 1/2" rod (as shown in pic 4-5) for actuating the paw. Rod not included. Great has 1/2" center bore. Use a bolt of your choice as a pivot for the paw. Approx. 100 lbs of lift with the proper grade hardware and proper alignment of Paw and gear. It will also require adequate welds. Heavier loads can be accommodated by doubling the mount tabs for the wheel and tab. Additionally, you can weld two of each of these parts together.
