Technical Specs

NOTE: This baffle is slightly longer than needed. It is a 2 piece design plates may need to be overlapped in the center to draft properly. 

This plate wasn't designed specifically for this exact model. It is one of our universal plates and fits well with the Pecos Model. Therefore, this 2 piece plate and you Should overlap the left plate onto the right plate to shorten it. (You could also cut and shorten it, if desired) Non-returnable once used/modified. Plate size is 37 x 14.5"

Installation Notes

Due to changes in the original design over the years, some Pecos smokers come with a small (short) existing baffle. This part will fit on the existing baffle. In this case the included TRIANGLE pieces may not be needed, so they won't need to be installed on the plate. You can also remove the existing factory baffle to allow for better fitment of our baffle plate system. Baffles are Non-returnable after use or modification.  (Image may vary slightly from actual product. Design revisions may be made as necessary).

There is a small cross bar near the fire box. This baffle needs to slide under the cross bar. Due to design changes on the Brazos smoker, some variance can be expected.  On some older models that have a existing small baffle, there is no need to remove the existing baffle. This heat deflector plate sits on the existing small baffle.

Included side triangle ears, are generally not needed.
